John and Elli Milan met in Hawaii while Elli was still in high school and John was beach bumming. Deciding early to make a career as artists, they enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design and later transferred to the University of Georgia where they received their BFAs in painting. It was in this small, but vital city, that the couple developed personal styles and began showing their work in local galleries. After graduation the couple worked independently but began dreaming about working together.
Today, they live their dream and the Milan’s create their paintings together. Although John and Elli are both accomplished artists on their own, this collaboration brings out a side of their work that neither could reach by themselves. The couple says that the Spirit of God inspires their work and allows them to create together and maintain a unified vision. The end result is aggressive and spontaneous layers of paint which create a bright and playful scenario that is interwoven with hints of narrative.
The Milan’s have traveled extensively to Greece, and these trips have inspired their artwork and life. A fascination with contemporary buildings built around old ruins and the visible layers of history have become a metaphor for the way the Milan’s see spiritual transformation in themselves and the people around them. The Milan’s artwork is symbolic parable inspiring hope and life.
One of the Milan’s dreams is to establish a permanent studio in one of Greece’s beautiful coastal cities. The Milan’s and their four children live in Queen Creek, Arizona. Their home studio is prolific and open year-round. The Milan’s are well-established artists with careers that have seen their work in galleries and private collections in Canada, Europe, the United States, the Philippines, and Dubai.

Damin Lujan aka zaoone was born in Los Angeles, Ca where he grew up skateboarding and drawing. His artistic eye was shaped by the graffiti throughout the streets of LA. He now feels most comfortable creating artwork with a spray can. Most of his early works consisted of graffiti letters covering skate decks plastered with bible pages. He moved into large scale pieces and prefers to work in a larger scale now. Over the years, he has broaden his artistic repertoire to include sign painting and hand lettering. Skipping the digital format, Damin prefers to hand draw his artwork, which has progressed into hands-on projects involving wood. He began creating unique triangle floating shelves for local businesses and homes, which led to the expansion of his woodworking portfolio to include desks, custom displays and trade show booths. Recently he has teamed up with his friend Brian Peterson, who runs the non-profit, Faces of Santa Ana, to create large scale murals bringing dignity and hope for those who live in the margins of our society.
Damin strives to bring hope and love through his artwork. He is inspired by and loves people, custom cars, lowriders, motorcycles, skateboarding, punk rock, hardcore, old school hip hop, break dancing, and most of all the Holy Spirit.

Chapman Hamborg grew up in Huntington Beach, California, where he was homeschooled with his four brothers. This allowed him to pursue his passion for creativity early on, encouraging him to practice art at a young age. It also gave him the freedom to spend a lot of his childhood surfing and experiencing the outdoors. Much of his early inspiration as an artist flowed from this deep connection with nature and his love of the ocean.
He was classically trained for nine years under Kim Frassett of Terra Arts Foundation. At the age of sixteen he earned a scholarship for a summer course at Laguna College of Art & Design, which cultivated his desire to study realism. He then moved to Florence, Italy, where he studied classic realist drawing and painting for three years at Angel Academy of Art; he also spent a year there teaching Artistic Anatomy. Chapman was selected as a fellow for the Hudson River Fellowship in 2013. The following year Chapman won first place in the Art Renewal Center's Annual International Scholarship Competition. After marrying the love of his life in 2014, Chapman and his wife lived on a farm in the Asturian Mountains of Spain, where he spent his time painting and farming. The following year, he returned to Florence with his wife to study figurative sculpture under Rob Bodem at Florence Academy of Art. Most recently, Chapman was commissioned to sculpt an anatomical heart for Bethel Music’s album cover of Have It All, which became #1 album on all of iTunes.
His diverse combination of experiences and training has developed a beautiful variety in Chapman’s abilities and interests as an artist. His work reflects his love for creation, both in nature and the human figure. In his most recent work, Chapman has been exploring the intimacy between mother and child.
Chapman now lives with his wife Hannah and son Shepherd in Huntington Beach, California, where he is working as a professional artist on commissions and personal projects, getting his BFA at Laguna College of Art and Design, and teaching a variety of art classes at Terra Arts Foundation.
